Historically reliant on physical plastic cards and manual paper verification, the organization faced friction with operator identification, immediate status validation, and credential credibility on job sites.
I was brought in to conduct field research, facilitate design sprints with key industry stakeholders, prototype digital certificate wallets, and rigorously test user flows with site managers and operators.
